The M2 is an ergonomically designed non-medical face cover made from upcycled and Ionic+™ materials offering antimicrobial silver ion technology. Engineered for breathability, water resistant, and washable; it now features a shapeable nosestrip, an extendable chin cover, adjustable elastic earloops and a removable headstrap for an enhanced and tailored fit.

Disclaimer:

The M2 face cover is a non-medical grade face cover intended for the general public. We advise machine washing it before the first use and after each wear. It is only to be worn over the nose, mouth, and chin and secured with adjustable straps over the ears and around the head. Any other use is not recommended. Do not share the face cover with others nor touch your face or re-fasten it once it is on, especially outside. When taking off the face cover, do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth and wash your hands immediately after removal.

The face cover is meant only for use while following social distancing protocols. The use of any face cover or mask does not replace other precautionary measures to help stop the spread of diseases, such as social distancing, hand washing, and refraining from touching your face.

The face cover is not designed as medical Personal Protective Equipment. It is not recommended for use in high risk instances or situations that could create undue risk. It is not antimicrobial or antiviral and should not be used as a protective filter to prevent or reduce infection. It is recommended against use in surgical settings where there is significant exposure to bodily or other hazardous fluids, in clinical settings where the infection risk level though inhalation is high, and in the presence of a high intensity heat source or flammable gas.

Swartz Fine Fashions is proud to offer free returns to our Canadian customers.

Return requests should be made at customerservice@fadedsoul.com

We will accept returns of merchandise within 21 days of the receipt of your purchase. We will not accept return of goods that have been worn, washed altered in any way or do not have the original tags and packaging (if applicable). Shipping fees will not be refunded and you will be charged for all other fees incurred. Additionally we are not responsible for fluctuation in currency exchange rates or any fees charged by credit card providers, banks and other financial institutions. Please allow 7 days upon physical return of your product for refunds to be processed

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item in question to the address provided on our site in order to either exchange, or receive a refund.

We do not take responsibility for any brokerage fees, duties fees and shipment delays due to customs.

All returns must have a return authorization number which we will provide upon request. This number must be visible on the outside of the package.

U.S. Returns

All returns from the United States must be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery via other carriers will result in the package incurring a brokerage fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please mark the necessary customs documents as "Return of Canadian Merchandise". Failure to mark customs documents in this way may result in additional duties and fees which will be deducted from your refund. We suggest that returns be shipped via a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for lost return shipments

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS TO CANADA AND THE U.S over $100

All delivery times are based on Canada Post guidelines and are approximate. In most cases these dates will be accurate, however there may be exceptions. We do make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeline and therefore cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control (including but not limited to delays at international borders, delays caused by weather, etc.). If the purchased item or items are refused by the purchaser or undeliverable and returned to us by the courier you will be charged the actual shipping fees both to and from (not according to the below table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

All shipping services provide a tracking number and insurance for the value of your package.

Shipping within Canada:

  • Ground - 3 to 5 business days
  • Expresspost - 2 to 3 business days
  • Priority Courier -- 1 to 2 business days

Shipping to the US:

  • Ground - 5 to 10 business days ($0.00)
  • Expresspost USA -- 3 to 5 business days ($29.95)

International Shipping:

  • Flat Rate ($59.95) - 5 to 10 business days

For purchases outside of Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. For U.S. residents, please refer to the U.S. customs website: www.cbp.gov for more information about the customs regulations.

We do not take responsibility for any customs fees or other issues related to international shipments.

Refusal of Delivery:

If you refuse your order at your door, it will be returned to our warehouse in Thunder Bay. The fees associated with the return delivery and an additional $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The same outcome will occur to packages that are either undeliverable because no one is home during the multiple delivery attempts or the package is not picked up from the courier after a certain number of days. If you have decided you do not want the items you have ordered, please follow our stress free returns policy to avoid these charges.

Incorrect Address Information

Swartz Fine Fashions is not responsible for parcels delivered to a faulty or incomplete address due to a customer's mistake. If these parcels are returned to our warehouse in Thunder Bay, the fees associated with the return delivery and an additional $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the parcel is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
